About the position

The Leasing Agent at The Finger Companies is responsible for connecting prospective tenants with their ideal homes in a welcoming community. This role involves conducting property tours, managing leasing inquiries, and ensuring a smooth leasing process while maintaining high standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, highlighting features and amenities.
• Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
• Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective residents.
• Process lease applications, conduct credit and background checks, and prepare lease agreements.
• Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including unit inspections and key exchanges.
• Assist with resident retention efforts, including lease renewals and community events.
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activity and resident interactions.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor pricing, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience as a Leasing Agent.
• Experience at a property with 400+ units.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software OneSite and Real Page.

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual (English and Russian) preferred.
