The Leasing Agent at Cornerstone Apartment Services Inc. plays a crucial role in creating exceptional living experiences by leasing apartments in Denver's desirable neighborhoods. This position focuses on face-to-face sales, utilizing warm leads to effectively showcase the features and benefits of the apartments to prospective tenants. The agent is responsible for managing their calendar, following up with leads, and collaborating with various departments to ensure a seamless leasing process.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments by showing and selling the features and benefits of renting to prospective tenants.
• Provide information and answer all questions to prospective tenants.
• Follow up with prospects during the sales process via email, phone, and texts.
• Report prospect and pricing feedback.
• Take ownership of filling and managing your calendar with showings using warm leads via emails, texts, and phone calls.
• Respond to email, phone, and walk-in leads.
• Provide yearly scorecards for each building.
• Involvement and effective communication with all departments within the Company.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years customer service experience required
• 2+ years sales or leasing experience preferred
• CRM experience preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to work independently to achieve goals
• Organized and professional
• Baseline knowledge of Denver neighborhoods
