About the position

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Leasing Agent to join our team at Keyrenter Premier. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales or customer service, and a strong understanding of the real estate rental market. As a Leasing Agent, you will play a crucial role in managing the leasing process for our properties, ensuring that all aspects of property onboarding are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes conducting preliminary minimum property standard walkthroughs, capturing marketing photos and videos, and crafting compelling property descriptions to attract potential renters. In this position, you will coordinate advertising efforts across multiple platforms to maximize visibility and interest in our available properties. You will conduct property viewings for potential tenants, execute lease agreements, and manage and update listings of available properties. Collaboration with the maintenance team is essential to prepare properties for new tenants, ensuring that all potential tenants meet property qualifications. You will also be responsible for answering inquiries from potential or current tenants, creating House Rules Documents and Move-in Packets, and collecting application fees, security deposits, and rent payments. Additionally, you will conduct credit checks and other background tasks to qualify potential renters, as well as prepare and distribute marketing materials that promote our property management services. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects effectively. You will be expected to embody the company values, maintain a positive attitude, and contribute to a fun and dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Property onboarding to ensure all items on the checklist are completed, including preliminary minimum property standard walkthrough, marketing photos/videos, and descriptions.
  • Coordinate advertising the property across multiple platforms to attract potential renters.
  • Conduct property viewings for potential tenants.

Requirements

  • Must be a licensed Real Estate Agent, in good standing, in the State of Arizona.
  • 2 years customer service, office environment, or real estate related field experience.
  • High School Diploma plus some post-graduate training/education.
  • Must follow and live by company values.
  • Must be organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Must be honest and dependable.
  • Must have a fun personality and positive energy.
  • Must have a winning, can-do attitude.
  • Must leave the drama at the door and come ready to work hard and play hard.
  • Must live in the Phoenix metro area.
  • Must have your own working vehicle & smartphone.
  • Must maintain a valid driver's license.
  • Must have current everyday level computer skills.
  • Must have excellent English written and verbal communication skills; Spanish is a plus.
