About the position

Indigo Real Estate is seeking a full-time Leasing Professional to manage the leasing operations of a new affordable 241-unit community. The role focuses on customer service, property management leasing, and maintaining strong occupancy rates. The Leasing Professional will be responsible for various tasks including market surveys, resident relations, and compliance documentation, all while ensuring the financial objectives of the property are met.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day leasing operations of the property.
• Complete regular market survey reports.
• Maintain effective and harmonious resident relations.
• Assist with leasing, collections, and resident services.
• Support marketing budgeting and information reporting.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of leasing experience for a multifamily community.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to exercise quick and accurate judgment and maintain confidentiality.
• Effective conflict resolution and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Yardi management software.
• SHRM Certified Professional certification.
