Responsibilities

• Manage property leasing processes and ensure tenant satisfaction.
• Showcase properties to prospective tenants.
• Process rental applications and conduct background checks.
• Oversee unit turns and ensure timely readiness for new tenants.
• Maintain high occupancy rates through effective leasing strategies.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective tenants.
• Handle tenant inquiries and resolve conflicts effectively.

Requirements

• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of property management principles.
• Ability to handle conflicts and provide excellent customer service.
• Experience in leasing or property management is preferred.
