RentLife is looking for motivated candidates to join our team as leasing consultants. RentLife is proud to represent dozens of exclusive clients ranging from large Class A apartment buildings to smaller neighborhood operators. In addition to having access to our growing list of exclusive listings, RentLife agents have the opportunity to represent clients within our vast network of Class A partner buildings which includes nearly 4,500 new construction units and 3,500 exclusive neighborhood listings via our strategic partnership with Cagan Management. As a RentLife Agent, you will be responsible for managing client relationships by scheduling discovery calls, preparing and sending personalized lists of apartment options, arranging and accompanying clients on tours, and advocating for them as their local real estate guide. Our goal is to provide an exceptional customer service experience to both our clients and our partner buildings through our professional and detail-oriented approach. Our marketing team generates qualified leads for our agents, and you will have instant access to our large portfolio of exclusive listings. You will also benefit from company-provided leads and access to personal agent coaches that help streamline your day and maximize your time spent in the field and with clients. In-depth new-agent and ongoing training is offered, along with direct access to our highly seasoned executive leadership team. Competitive commission splits are available, with most commissions paid out 80% faster than the industry average. Additionally, you will have access to unmatched in-house technology solutions that streamline back-office operations and maximize agent productivity, as well as in-house full-stack marketing and technology teams. This is a commission-based role, and your schedule is built around your clients, making it a flexible work arrangement that is absolutely not a 9-5 desk job. We are looking for overachievers who always go the extra mile, and we welcome licensed real estate leasing agents, real estate brokers, or individuals willing to obtain their leasing license in advance of their start date (which can be done in roughly a week).
