• Coordinate background checks and credit screenings as needed.
• Prepare lease agreements and ensure compliance with HUD standards.
• Conduct lease signings and explain lease terms and community rules to new residents.
• Handle lease renewals and any changes in tenant status.

Requirements

• Familiarity with HACLA Request for Tenancy Approval (RFTA) packet.
• 2 years of experience in leasing or property management.
• Entry-level position suitable for individuals with relevant experience.
