About The Position
The Leasing Agent facilitates the rental of apartment units to ensure maximum occupancy at all times. This role involves coordinating move-in and move-outs, lease negotiations and renewals, and conducting apartment showings. The Leasing Agent is responsible for ensuring that the paperwork of current and prospective tenants is completed accurately. They typically report to the Property Manager and work independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. The position requires proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the Leasing Agent role and involves representing Village Green at various outside networking and social functions. Problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position.
