About the position

We're seeking a Leasing Consultant/Office Assistant for two apartment complexes with 779 units. You'll assist prospective residents, support current tenants, and help maintain a professional, welcoming community.

Responsibilities

  • Answer calls and emails from residents and prospects.
  • Rent vacant units and conduct community tours.
  • Create and execute leases, collect payments, and maintain property files.
  • Prepare work orders and update spreadsheets.
  • Perform apartment inspections and deliver notices.
  • Participate in resident events and retention efforts.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Word and Excel; reliable transportation required.
