About the position

The Leasing Agent position at Rivendell Property Management involves managing the leasing process for properties in the Denver Metro area. This role is primarily remote but requires occasional in-person meetings. The agent will work closely with potential renters, assist with the application process, and collaborate with Affordable Housing/Section 8 caseworkers. The position offers flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity to earn commissions based on leased homes.

Responsibilities

• Set up and conduct showings for potential renters for vacant and occupied properties.
• Initiate the application process and guide new tenants through the move-in process.
• Work directly with Affordable Housing/Section 8 caseworkers on converting vouchers and completing inspections.
• Conduct move-in and move-out inspections in cooperation with office staff.

Requirements

• Live in the Denver Metro area.
• Background in property management preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• 1 year of leasing experience required.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in Section 8 leasing is preferred.
