About the position

Countryside Apartments is seeking a Leasing Agent to oversee 64 fully furnished apartments on Madison's west side. The ideal candidate would be professional, organized, with efficient Leasing/Office experience and skills.

Responsibilities

• Leasing apartments/assisting current guests with the check in process.
• Delivering friendly customer service while completing tasks.
• Processing rental payments.
• Handling maintenance requests/staff scheduling.
• Apartment inspection prior to move-in/ensure they are at a standard set by management.
• Property Inspections/delegating tasks to staff members
• Advertising and Social Media Management
• Assisting with Internet/Cable Issues

Requirements

• Positive Attitude
• Strong customer service skills
• Property Management Experience preferred
• Works well independently and on a team
• Valid Driver's License
