The Leasing and Experience Manager at Prometheus Real Estate Group plays a vital role in enhancing neighbor relations, managing leasing activities, and overseeing daily operations. Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with neighbors, providing exceptional customer service.
• Assist in closing leasing activities and support Neighbor Ambassadors in maximizing rental activity.
• Prepare and maintain Neighbor profiles, including pricing, concessions, and occupancy reporting.
• Supervise the leasing team, providing training, development, and setting goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leasing position.
• Strong customer service, sales, and marketing skills.
