About the position

Envolve Community Management, LLC owns and professionally manages apartment communities located in select markets throughout the southeastern United States. We are a company whose success is measured by our residents' satisfaction in making their apartment homes and community a great place to live. A wide variety of opportunities await you at Envolve from residential apartment management, leasing, maintenance and more. We, the Envolve team, are recruiting friendly self-motivated individuals with positive attitudes and a drive to succeed, to join our growing company. Currently, Envolve is searching for a Leasing Call Support Specialist. The position may be remote or in office depending on if we have properties in the area where you are hired.

Responsibilities

  • Energetic, motivated, and driven to assist every prospective applicant/tenant.
  • Answers incoming calls and emails in a proficient, professional, and timely manner.
  • Strives to provide quality service and demonstrates attention to detail.
  • Follows through on problems to satisfactory resolutions and communicates problems to supervisor for direction.
  • Maintains relationships with residents, company team members, and vendors on a professional level at all times.
  • Administrative skills, attention to detail, and ability to track prospects and vacancies.
  • Technological savvy to reach prospects using up-to-date methods.
  • Multitasking skills a must to maintain efficiency.
  • Regular and predictable attendance.
  • The ability to work cooperatively with others.
  • Completes lease forms or agreement via phone or computer.
  • Thorough knowledge of lease terms, specifications and all Property policies.
  • Knowledgeable of required telephone and sales techniques.
  • Fully informed of current rental rates, sizes, locations and all amenities of property.
  • Maintain contact with all apartment locator services and local businesses to provide informational material. Update periodically.
  • Responsible for phone 'shopping' competitive properties.
  • Develop full knowledge of application information required, screening processes and policies regarding rentals.
  • Responsible for proper maintenance of all resident and property files.
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating Concierge Book, Property Information Handbook and Advertising Log Book.
  • Efficient and timely processing of all required administrative forms, reports and related information.
  • Responsible for reporting unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
  • Courteous, efficient handling of resident requests and complaints.
  • Responsible for maintaining a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
  • Responsible for seeking educational opportunities and self-improvement for personal growth and development.

Requirements

  • Customer Service and Administrative Experience
  • 2+ years Property Management
  • 2+ years Leasing Experience
  • Knowledge with Yardi Property Management software a plus
  • Tax Credit and HUD Knowledge
  • Knowledge of lease agreements
