The Leasing Consultant at Elmington Property Management is responsible for overseeing the leasing process at affordable properties, including Autumn Chase, Amalie Meadows, and Cedar Place. This role involves effective communication with prospective and current tenants, managing the community's reputation, and implementing creative marketing strategies to enhance leasing performance. The position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the leasing process for the property.
• Communicate effectively with prospective and current tenants.
• Manage the community's reputation through social media and direct communication.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to improve traffic and leasing.
• Ensure compliance with Affordable Programs regulations and other applicable requirements.
• Perform administrative and organizational tasks as needed.
• Prepare and compile necessary information and documents.
• Respond to issues outside of normal work hours when required.
• Thrive in a team environment and contribute to team goals.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of multi-family property management experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to present a professional image.
• Customer service focused with a proactive approach.
• Experience operating computers and utilizing business marketing software.
