Responsibilities

• Supervise the leasing process and manage community reputation.
• Communicate effectively with prospective and current tenants.
• Manage the community's reputation via social media and marketing.
• Continuously seek ways to improve traffic, leasing, and total income.
• Conceptualize new ideas to enhance business performance.
• Execute Elmington's non-negotiables for property performance.
• Respond to issues outside of normal work schedule when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of multi-family property management experience required.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Customer service focused with a professional image.
• Ability to operate computers and other technological devices for business marketing and software.
