About the position

The Leasing Consultant at Arbors at Brookfield is responsible for representing the company to current and prospective residents, building relationships, and marketing multi-family homes. This role requires a charismatic and motivated individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment while providing expert knowledge about the community and its offerings.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective residents and assess their living needs.
• Conduct tours of the community and connect residents' needs with available amenities.
• Follow up with prospects to promote the community and facilitate leasing.
• Complete the lease application process and ensure all steps are followed.
• Act as an expert on community offerings, rents, and amenities.
• Conduct off-site and internet market research to assist in marketing plans.
• Coordinate resident social events to enhance community engagement.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Sales experience, preferably in a leasing or customer service role.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of real estate or property management is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the multifamily housing industry.
• Familiarity with marketing strategies and social media.
• Event planning experience.
