About the position

Robbins Property Associates is seeking a highly motivated Leasing Consultant to join their team. This role serves as the first impression of the property, requiring a professional demeanor and exceptional customer service skills. The Leasing Consultant will conduct property tours, manage communication with prospects, and assist with the daily operations of the property.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tours with prospects and provide information about the property.
• Answer calls and respond to email leads in a timely manner.
• Enter maintenance work orders and assist residents with maintenance requests.
• Prepare lease documentation and complete move-in procedures.
• Maintain prospect, traffic, and leasing data.
• Assist in tenant screening and processing of credit checks.
• Handle telephone calls and on-site traffic effectively.
• Assist with marketing efforts, including preparation of flyers, newsletters, and market surveys.
• Support the Manager in all aspects of property management.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to interact with residents and prospective applicants in a friendly and professional manner.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and standards.

Nice-to-haves

• One year's experience in leasing, marketing, and/or related sales experience.
• Experience with OneSite software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
