Leasing Consultant- Koreatown

About the position

The Leasing Consultant at Tripalink is responsible for facilitating the leasing process by collaborating with the Leasing and Marketing departments to follow up on leads, implement promotional strategies, and provide potential tenants with relevant information about available properties. This role requires a strong understanding of real estate laws and excellent communication skills to effectively engage with tenants and support property management activities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates closely with the Leasing and Marketing departments to follow up with all the leads generated from different channels.
• Innovates and implements promotion strategies including online/offline advertisements and community succession activities.
• Participates in innovation meetings to initiate the sales plan for different seasons with flexible strategies.
• Gets familiar with all of the properties and amenities offered to develop an introductory strategy.
• Provides potential tenants with relevant information regarding their requirements and budget in a timely manner.
• Displays properties for potential tenants in virtual/field tours and online communications.
• Demonstrates a basic understanding of Landlord and Tenant Law and Residential Real Estate Law; sends essential documents/notices/letters to tenants as required.
• Communicates with tenants for necessary paperwork and supports the Property Management team with check-in/check-out processes and maintenance requests.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or above is preferred.
• 1+ years experience in sales, leasing, real estate, or related fields.
• Familiarity with social media platforms operations (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Craigslist, Instagram, etc.).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent capability in quick learning and pressure handling.
• Knowledge of residential real estate law and practices.
• Proven working experience as a leasing agent is preferred.
• Proficiency in using MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word, etc.) and Google Suites.
