This position involves performing all activities related to leasing to new residents, ensuring resident satisfaction throughout the lease term, and securing lease renewals. You will be responsible for greeting and qualifying prospects face-to-face, conducting property tours, processing applications, and preparing lease and move-in packages. Your efforts will directly contribute to the success of the property and the overall performance of RangeWater in the multi-family real estate sector. In this role, you will also design and execute offsite marketing activities to drive traffic to the property, implement resident referral programs, and utilize internet marketing tools and social media. You will gather, analyze, and interpret market trends that may impact the property and recommend improvements. Additionally, you will be involved in lease enforcement processes, including apartment inspections and collections, and will respond quickly to resident and client concerns. Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude will be essential. The Leasing Consultant is expected to maintain the safety, cleanliness, and general appeal of the property, ensuring that it meets the company’s standards for show quality. You will also stay informed about current market conditions and develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
