The Leasing Consultant at H.G. Fenton is responsible for marketing and leasing available apartments to maximize occupancy while providing exceptional customer service. This role requires building strong relationships with customers and ensuring their needs are met in a professional manner. Responsibilities
- Market and lease available apartments to maximize occupancy and achieve customer satisfaction.
- Provide high-quality customer service in alignment with H.G. Fenton Culture.
- Retain customers for life through excellent customer service and retention activities.
- Contribute to advertising and marketing efforts to maximize occupancy and revenue growth.
- Anticipate and fulfill customer needs in a courteous, professional manner.
- Proactively identify and respond to risk and safety issues to ensure a safe environment for employees and residents.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor degree preferred.
- Ability to work weekends.
- Passionate about making a positive impact on others and achieving results.
