About the position

As a Leasing Consultant at The Abbey at Energy Corridor, you will play a crucial role in promoting our properties and ensuring a positive experience for our residents and prospects. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a sales environment and is passionate about customer service. You will be the face of our community, responsible for consulting with potential residents, conducting property tours, and preparing lease packages. Your ability to connect with people and create a welcoming atmosphere will be essential in helping prospects find their ideal home. In addition to showing apartments and preparing lease documents, you will also engage in marketing activities that include creating and curating content for social media, conducting business-to-business outreach, and planning resident events. Your role will involve a variety of tasks that require excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. You will be expected to follow up with prospects and residents promptly, ensuring that all inquiries are handled professionally and efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Consult with prospects to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Show apartments to potential residents and provide information about the community.
  • Prepare lease packages and renewals for residents.
  • Create and curate content for social media platforms.
  • Conduct business-to-business outreach to promote the property.
  • Plan and organize resident events to enhance community engagement.
  • Follow up with prospect and resident requests in a timely manner.
  • Provide outstanding customer service both on the phone and in-person.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in property management or marketing.
  • Ability to perform a broad range of simultaneous duties.
  • Experience in B2C and B2B marketing.
  • Strong skills in creating and curating social media content.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
