About The Position

The Leasing Consultant at GoldOller Real Estate Investments is responsible for engaging with potential residents, showcasing available apartment homes, and finalizing lease agreements. This role emphasizes customer service and sales techniques to maximize occupancy while maintaining professional communication with residents and other stakeholders. The position offers a competitive hourly wage with the potential for additional commissions.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of leasing consultant or customer service experience.
• Preferred experience in multifamily apartment housing.
• Ability to work weekends.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods, and lift up to 20lbs.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to potential residents' inquiries about rentals via various platforms.
• Show made-ready apartment homes and answer questions regarding leases.
• Establish residents' expectations for security deposits and lease terms.
• Prepare background checks for potential residents, including rental history and income verification.
• Execute lease terms and manage cases of defaulting tenants.
• Maximize occupancy through effective sales techniques and customer service.
• Assist in community advertising and maintain online postings.
• Maintain professional communication with residents and applicants.
