About the position

SNS Property Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join their team in Saint Petersburg, FL. The role involves sourcing new prospects, implementing leasing plans, and working closely with managers and tenants to ensure successful leasing operations. The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for tracking performance goals, preparing reports, and maintaining the property’s leasing pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Sources new prospects through networking, cold calling, and general marketing.
• Implements a leasing plan, which may include marketing the property, calling prospective tenants, site selection, negotiating build-out costs, and market studies.
• Works closely with Managers, tenants, and prospects on leasing.
• Tracks performance goals of the properties and leasing activity.
• Prepares leasing pipeline reports and business plans for their portfolio with creative and aggressive marketing ideas.
• Prepares strategic leasing plans for the property.
• Shows apartments and processes applications for prospective residents.
• Assists with all lease renewals.
• Inspects and maintains vacant units on a daily basis.
• Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality to ensure all essential duties are fulfilled to a satisfactory level.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• Property leasing: 2 years (Required)
• Multifamily: 2 years (Required)
• Spanish (Required)
• Real Estate License (Preferred)
• Certified Apartment Manager (Preferred)
