About the position

SNS Property Management is seeking a dedicated Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic team in Jacksonville, FL. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing new prospects and managing the leasing process for our properties. This position requires a proactive approach to marketing and leasing, including networking, cold calling, and implementing effective leasing strategies. The Leasing Consultant will work closely with property managers, tenants, and prospective residents to ensure a seamless leasing experience. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and executing a comprehensive leasing plan that includes marketing the property, conducting site selections, negotiating build-out costs, and performing market studies. You will also track performance goals related to leasing activity and prepare detailed leasing pipeline reports and business plans for your assigned portfolio. Your creativity and aggressive marketing ideas will be essential in attracting and retaining tenants. Additionally, you will show apartments to prospective residents, process applications, assist with lease renewals, and inspect and maintain vacant units on a daily basis. Regular attendance and punctuality are critical to fulfilling these essential duties, and you may be assigned other responsibilities as needed. Responsibilities

• Source new prospects through networking, cold calling, and general marketing.
• Implement a leasing plan, including marketing the property and calling prospective tenants.
• Conduct site selection and negotiate build-out costs.
• Perform market studies to inform leasing strategies.
• Work closely with managers, tenants, and prospects on leasing activities.
• Track performance goals of the properties and leasing activity.
• Prepare leasing pipeline reports and business plans with creative marketing ideas.
• Show apartments and process applications for prospective residents.
• Assist with all lease renewals.
• Inspect and maintain vacant units on a daily basis.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in property leasing (required).
• Fluency in Spanish (required).
• Experience in multifamily leasing (preferred).
• Ability to relocate to Jacksonville, FL before starting work (required).
