About the position

The Leasing Consultant at MAXX Properties is responsible for managing all activities related to apartment rentals, including move-ins, lease renewals, and resident retention. This role involves direct interaction with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy, generating and handling traffic, qualifying prospects, and preparing lease documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage all activities related to apartment rentals, including move-ins and lease renewals.
• Interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy.
• Generate and handle traffic for apartment leasing.
• Qualify prospects and prepare lease documentation.
• Complete move-in paperwork and procedures.

Requirements

• 1+ years of residential leasing experience preferred.
• Certified Apartment Manager certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of Yardi or similar property management software is preferred.
• Enthusiastic, reliable, and organized individual.
