About the position

The Leasing Consultant will play a crucial role in guiding potential residents through the leasing process at IMT Residential's new luxury mixed-use development, Citrus Commons. This position focuses on providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with residents, and ensuring a high-quality living experience. The Leasing Consultant will also be responsible for lease management, market research, and maintaining property standards.

Responsibilities

• Guide potential residents through the leasing process from inquiry to move-in.
• Assist residents and provide outstanding customer service.
• Build lasting relationships with residents.
• Renew existing leases.
• Stay abreast of Fair Housing laws and regulations.
• Ensure property site conditions are impeccable.
• Conduct market research and assist with business outreach marketing, resident functions, and other promotional programs.
• Use MRI software to enter information and pull various reports.
• Complete additional projects and/or duties as assigned by the Community Manager.

Requirements

• Sales and customer service experience; apartment leasing experience is a plus.
• Ability to connect with a variety of people.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Motivation to succeed driven by the desire to meet or exceed goals and earn incentives based on performance.
• Ability to work well in a high volume and sometimes stressful environment.
• Ability to work well independently as well as within a team setting.
• Positive attitude and desire to learn and develop skills.
• College education helpful.
• Availability to work weekends as needed.
• Active and valid driver license is required.
