About the position
The Leasing Consultant role at Clover Property Management involves assisting potential residents in finding suitable housing, ensuring units are ready for move-in, and managing lease-related documentation. The position emphasizes customer service to encourage lease renewals and includes responsibilities in marketing and advertising.
Responsibilities
- Qualify potential residents and place them in housing that best fits their needs.
- Ensure units have been made ready prior to move-in.
- Have a working knowledge of all lease-related documents and be able to accurately complete the documents in a timely manner.
- Stay current with company provided training courses via Grace Hill including ‘Fair Housing' and more.
- Provide great customer service to encourage residents to renew their leases.
- Work to renew leases and lease documents.
- Engage in marketing and advertising activities.
Requirements
- Leasing experience preferred.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
- Ability to display professional behavior and image.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Dependable transportation.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in sales.
- Customer service experience of at least 1 year.
