About the position

The Leasing Consultant at RAM Partners, LLC is responsible for connecting with potential residents to understand their needs and secure lease agreements at a newly developed property in Sugar Hill. This role involves showcasing the community's unique features, assisting residents with their concerns, and performing administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Generate interest in the community by highlighting its unique features and benefits.
• Communicate effectively with potential residents throughout the leasing process.
• Serve as a resource for residents, addressing their problems and assisting with resolutions.
• Build lasting relationships to retain and attract residents.
• Perform required office administrative tasks with attention to detail.
• Coordinate fun activities for residents.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Lease-up experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
