About the position

As a Leasing Consultant at Mission Rock Residential, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the resident experience by guiding prospective tenants through the leasing process. Your responsibilities will include showcasing the community's features, maintaining a welcoming environment, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the renting experience.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective residents through the leasing and renting process with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Showcase the community's unique features to potential residents.
• Maintain effective communication with current residents regarding leases, maintenance, and engagement.
• Lease and pre-lease apartment homes, ensuring compliance with lease requirements.
• Conduct tours of the community in various weather conditions.
• Ensure the quality of the community and apartment homes is ready for showcasing.
• Maintain a neat office/clubhouse environment and assist with community upkeep.
• Engage with residents during retention events, parties, and lease renewals.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Adherence to Fair Housing best practices.
• Property Management skills/experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual is a plus preferred.
• Outgoing personality and good verbal and electronic communication skills.
