About the position

The Leasing Consultant at Balaciano Group is responsible for managing the leasing process for luxury residential apartments, ensuring a high-quality experience for prospective residents. This role involves conducting property tours, screening applicants, and maintaining positive relationships with residents, all while upholding the community's luxury standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents professionally.
• Conduct property tours, highlighting community features and amenities.
• Promote the brand and manage the leasing process per established policies and procedures.
• Explain lease terms and policies to applicants.
• Screen and verify applicants, assisting with applications and related documentation.
• Expedite applications and ensure a seamless experience for applicants.
• Coordinate move-in preparations for new residents.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with residents and prospects.
• Address and follow up on questions and concerns promptly.
• Provide exceptional service to enhance community reviews.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' leasing experience.
• Proven success in goal setting and leasing conversion.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a 5-star experience.
• Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Yardi and Yardi CRM preferred.
• Proactive problem solver with adherence to company policies.
• Strong time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional appearance and friendly attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and quality.
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
