About the position
The Leasing Consultant position at Habitat America involves managing leasing activities for Monte Verde Apartments, a large affordable housing community in Baltimore City. Responsibilities
- Manage reception and customer service for the leasing office.
- Handle office phone calls and maintain files.
- Assist with the recertification of residents.
- Perform other office duties as required.
Requirements
- 2+ years of previous property management experience in a similar leasing role.
- Experience with Tax Credit and/or Section 8 housing.
- Sales-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong communication skills and an energetic personality.
