Responsibilities

• Consulting with prospects and showing apartments
• Preparing lease packages or renewals
• Marketing properties through various channels
• Creating and curating social media content
• Planning resident events
• Following up with prospect and resident requests in a timely manner
• Providing outstanding customer service both on the phone and in-person

Requirements

• Previous experience in property management or marketing
• Ability to perform a broad range of simultaneous duties
• Experience in B2C and B2B marketing
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Team player attitude with a get things done mentality
