The Leasing Hub Associate at Cortland plays a crucial role in generating excitement and interest in the company's apartment communities. This position is focused on understanding prospective residents' needs and matching them with suitable apartment options, while also nurturing leads and supporting onsite leasing teams. The role emphasizes customer service, communication, and sales skills to enhance occupancy rates and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Market Cortland to future residents, generating excitement about the communities, culture, vision, and value proposition.
  • Advise prospective tenants on features, benefits, pricing, and amenities of each community based on in-depth market knowledge.
  • Nurture new leads from RealPage for onsite leasing teams through incoming calls, emails, and text messages.
  • Leverage outbound sales skills to nurture an average of 40-50 leads per day and generate new appointments at all communities.
  • Foster positive relationships with residents, onsite leasing teams, and peers.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in sales.
  • Demonstrated English or bilingual fluency.
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong computer and typing skills.
  • Proficient in OneSite software; L2L preferred.
