About the position
The Leasing Manager for Commercial Real Estate will play a crucial role in a fast-growing commercial property management company. This position involves overseeing leasing activities, managing tenant relations, and ensuring the timely completion of maintenance requests. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare commercial leases, legal and default notices
- Negotiate and follow up on lease renewals
- Manage timely tenant complaints and requests
- Supervise work performed at the property, including tenant improvements and building maintenance
- Ensure maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner
- Maintain friendly and professional customer relations with tenants
- Work closely with brokers
- Assist with other day-to-day assigned projects
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous QuickBooks experience preferred
- Previous leasing or legal experience required
- Great attention to detail required
- Previous experience in real estate strongly preferred
