About the position

Greystar is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to join our team at REN Apartments, a brand new luxury mixed-use tower located in the heart of Downtown Seattle's high-tech neighborhood. This position is critical to our success, as the Leasing Manager will oversee the community's marketing, advertising, and sales activities to achieve established revenue, occupancy, resident retention, and leasing goals. The Leasing Manager will be responsible for managing the on-site leasing team, ensuring that the community meets its financial and operational objectives while providing exceptional customer service to residents and prospects. In this role, you will actively participate in the leasing process, which includes generating and monitoring traffic, leasing apartments, preparing lease documentation, and completing move-in procedures. You will also review and analyze financial reports, shop reports, and other operational metrics to identify and resolve issues impacting leasing performance. Your ability to communicate effectively and professionally with residents and ownership will be essential in addressing questions and concerns in a timely manner. Responsibilities

  • Manage and direct the community's marketing, advertising, and sales activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
  • Oversee the on-site leasing team and ensure they are effectively performing their duties.
  • Actively participate in the leasing process by generating traffic, leasing apartments, and completing move-in procedures.
  • Review and analyze financial, shop, and operational reports to identify and resolve leasing performance issues.
  • Respond to resident and ownership questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to sustain occupancy and boost leasing activity.
  • Work with the maintenance team to ensure the community meets safety and appearance standards.
  • Supervise the leasing team members by hiring, training, and managing their performance.
  • Make presentations about marketing and leasing strategies to clients and owners.

Requirements

  • Previous multi-family leasing experience, preferably in luxury high-rise properties.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite; experience with property management software (Yardi/One Site) is desired but not required.
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively, including completing legal documents and explaining apartment features.
  • High level of professionalism in manner and dress.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in luxury high-rise leasing is preferred.
  • Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi or One Site.
