About the position

Join the EMBREY team as a Leasing & Marketing Agent at Collection Champions Circle, where you will play a vital role in the operation of our luxury property. As a Leasing & Marketing Agent, you will assist the Property Manager in leasing units and providing an exceptional customer service experience to both current and prospective residents. Your contributions will be essential in fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration, which is the cornerstone of EMBREY's success. In this role, you will work closely with the property staff to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies aimed at increasing property traffic levels. You will maintain established closing ratios and strive to achieve and exceed budgeted occupancy percentages. A thorough understanding of the property and its major competitors will be crucial, which you will gain through site visits, tours, and telephone surveys. Your proactive approach to customer service will prioritize resident satisfaction, ensuring that every interaction is a 5-star experience. You will also be responsible for building strong community ties through daily interactions and resident events, ultimately fostering brand loyalty and a vibrant living environment. Responsibilities

  • Assist the Property Manager in operating the luxury property by leasing units.
  • Work with the property staff to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
  • Increase property traffic levels and maintain established closing ratios.
  • Achieve and exceed budgeted occupancy percentages.
  • Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property and major competition through site visits and telephone surveys.
  • Prioritize resident satisfaction by providing excellent customer service with a proactive 5-star experience approach.
  • Build strong community ties through daily interactions and resident events.
  • Ensure residents consistently receive a stellar experience to build brand loyalty.

Requirements

  • One year experience as a Leasing Consultant.
  • Experience utilizing Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
