The position requires a proactive approach to managing resident communications, marketing campaigns, and maintaining relationships with industry partners.

Responsibilities

• Set leasing and marketing strategy for the property
• Manage resident communications to ensure high satisfaction during application and renewal processes
• Tour apartments with prospects and adhere to follow-up procedures
• Complete applications and lease/renewal documents
• Review vacancies, walk tour paths, and maintain model apartments
• Assist management with resident relations
• Build and maintain relationships with industry partners and brokers
• Maintain weekly leasing reports and monthly market surveys
• Analyze market, competition, and occupancy trends to identify opportunities and risks
• Recommend and track marketing avenues, oversee marketing campaigns, and monitor traffic results
• Update the website and marketing sites proactively as needed
• Perform other tasks as required

Requirements

• 3+ years of residential leasing experience
• Minimum of 2 years of leasing management experience in a luxury residential environment
• Possession of an active real estate salesperson license
• Knowledge of related laws
• Strong follow-through and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, presentation, and organization skills
• Strong work ethic and commitment to meet deadlines
• Working knowledge of social media and communication technology platforms
