About the position

The Leasing Operations Coordinator position within the Network team is designed for a highly organized and motivated individual who will play a crucial role in managing relationships and coordinating activities between the REIT relations team and various internal stakeholders. This role is pivotal in facilitating cross-departmental support and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams, which is essential for the success of the organization. In this position, the coordinator will assist network-wide teams with access and badging in both internal and external applications, ensuring compliance with security protocols. The role also involves reviewing fiber route architectures to create comprehensive internal documentation in Salesforce and supporting the development of Salesforce processes related to REIT assets. Additionally, the coordinator will be responsible for reviewing and managing REIT invoices, addressing disputes related to inaccurate billing to ensure accurate financial tracking. The Leasing Operations Coordinator will accurately track departmental deliverables and conduct data mining to support decision-making and reporting. Collaboration with the sales team is also a key responsibility, as the coordinator will facilitate preliminary pricing for REIT assets and generate, manage, and deliver REIT-based orders both internally and externally. Participation in daily and weekly internal and external calls is necessary to understand customer needs and priorities, ensuring alignment and effective communication across teams. Furthermore, the coordinator will need to understand departmental objectives and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, documentation, and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Telecommunications, or a related field preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in telecommunications preferred.
  • Experience in access planning, network provisioning, or network planning is highly valued.
  • Proven skills in negotiation, customer service, and relationship building.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools preferred.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a high-demand environment, balancing multiple priorities.
  • Strong presentation skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
