First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a Leasing Operations Specialist to join the team in the Commercial Loan Center.
Responsibilities
- Accurately entering and maintaining lease information into the LeasePak system from inception to termination
- Reviewing and reconciling various bank and general ledger accounts
- Processing lease payment transactions and maintenance requests
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, business-related field, or equivalent experience preferred
- 1 year of experience in leasing operations, accounting, or related field
- Ability to follow procedures thoroughly
- Ability to handle confidential matters judiciously
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to interact with all levels of employees
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Possesses attention to detail with excellent follow-through
- Ability to type and input information accurately with minimal errors
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite of applications
