About the position

The Leasing Professional at Greystar is responsible for coordinating marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. This role involves performing all leasing activities, ensuring resident satisfaction, and securing lease renewals while maintaining the community's standards and addressing resident concerns.

Responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve the community's revenue and occupancy goals.
• Inspect apartments prior to resident move-in and ensure they are in move-in ready condition.
• Stay informed about current market and competitor conditions that may impact occupancy and sales results.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic to the community.
• Use property management software to track apartment availability and leasing activities.
• Ensure the community and show units meet the company's standards for show quality.
• Follow up with prospects and new residents to ensure satisfaction.
• Execute activities in support of the community's lease renewal program.
• Respond quickly and courteously to resident and client/owner concerns.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Experience with property management software, preferably Yardi.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in marketing and sales within the real estate sector.
