About the position

The Leasing Professional at Evergreens at Mahan is responsible for providing exceptional service to residents and prospects while effectively leasing apartments in accordance with budget guidelines. This role involves coordinating lease applications, ensuring apartments are ready for move-in, and maintaining communication with residents throughout their lease terms.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to all residents, prospects, and visitors to the community.
• Effectively lease apartments in accordance with budget guidelines.
• Follow Fair Housing Standards in all dealings with prospects and residents.
• Coordinate the application review for each lease including credit and income verifications.
• Complete lease packets and files for each resident to include the lease, all addendums, and other proper documentation.
• Ensure the condition of leased apartments prior to move-in, including a final inspection and walk-through with the resident.
• Follow up with residents throughout their lease terms and coordinate the renewal process for each lease.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent (Required)
• Previous property management leasing experience (Highly Desired)
• Previous customer service experience (Preferred)
• Yardi Experience (Preferred)
• Ability to maintain both a professional appearance and manner.
