This position involves working closely with Regional Leasing Managers (RLM) and Regional Operations Managers (ROM) to ensure that all documentation, data entry, and ongoing management of existing tenant leases and amendments are handled efficiently. The LPM is responsible for initiating new colocations or modifications on Vertical Bridge sites, coordinating all project activities with both internal and external resources from project start to completion. In this role, the LPM will establish and maintain daily project plans and schedules, working directly with RLM, ROM, and tenants as necessary. Additionally, the LPM will be responsible for reviewing and coordinating any necessary corrections to tenant leases and documentation, ensuring that all data on new tenant applications and project deal fields are entered accurately. The management of existing leases, including renewals and recontracts, will also fall under the LPM's purview, along with related activities such as escalators, internal documentation requests, and ongoing site data entry. The LPM will work with internal resources to ensure proper processing and interpretation of tenant leases and documentation, and will assist tenants in resolving any lease concerns or issues as needed.
