About the position

The Leasing Project Manager (LPM) at Vertical Bridge Management LLC plays a crucial role in the internal coordination and processing of new colocation applications. This position involves working closely with Regional Leasing Managers (RLM) and Regional Operations Managers (ROM) to ensure that all documentation, data entry, and ongoing management of existing tenant leases and amendments are handled efficiently. The LPM is responsible for initiating new colocations or modifications on Vertical Bridge sites, coordinating all project activities with both internal and external resources from project start to completion. In this role, the LPM will establish and maintain daily project plans and schedules, working directly with RLM, ROM, and tenants as necessary. Effective communication is key, as the LPM will handle day-to-day tenant and internal communications, both written and verbal. Building and nurturing client relationships is essential, as the LPM will identify requirements, anticipate issues, and resolve problems proactively. The LPM will also monitor and communicate project metrics using tracking tools and reports, ensuring that all project-related items are completed on time, including application processing, document receipt, structural analysis, and execution of documents. Additionally, the LPM will be responsible for reviewing and coordinating any necessary corrections to tenant leases and documentation, ensuring that all data on new tenant applications and project deal fields are entered accurately. The management of existing leases, including renewals and recontracts, will also fall under the LPM's purview, along with related activities such as escalators, internal documentation requests, and ongoing site data entry. The LPM will work with internal resources to ensure proper processing and interpretation of tenant leases and documentation, and will assist tenants in resolving any lease concerns or issues as needed. Other duties may be assigned by the VP of Lease Administration, reflecting the dynamic nature of this role.
