Responsibilities

  • Answer telephone inquiries in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Employ sales techniques to secure and process reservations for guest accommodations.
  • Ensure timely processing of reservations consistent with Pyramid Hotel Group's high standards of quality.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests throughout the reservation process.

Requirements

  • Must have open availability on weekends.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to employ effective sales techniques.
  • Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience in a reservations or front desk role.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software.
