About the position

The Leasing Sales Consultant at AIR Communities is a sales-driven role focused on leasing apartments and providing exceptional customer service to residents. This position involves following a structured sales process, meeting leasing goals, and contributing to community marketing efforts. The consultant will work onsite at a luxury apartment community in Los Angeles, CA, and will have opportunities for significant earnings through commissions and bonuses.

Responsibilities

  • Follow AIR's sales process including prompt follow-up with active prospects.
  • Schedule and conduct tours to sell the value of the community.
  • Maintain a track record of consistently meeting or surpassing monthly leasing goals.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to residents.
  • Provide leasing support to all communities within the AIR portfolio as needed.
  • Contribute to community marketing efforts.
  • Adhere to Fair Housing Laws and Regulations.

Requirements

  • 1+ year sales and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated success in goal setting/achievement and following a sales process.
  • Excellent customer service skills to address resident needs.
  • Flexible schedule with availability to work during office hours.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.

  • Experience in property management, hospitality, retail, or restaurant sectors.
