About the position

The Leasing Specialist at Arrowhead Gardens Senior Living is responsible for promoting the community and managing the leasing process from start to finish. This role involves engaging with prospective residents, conducting tours, and ensuring a smooth move-in experience. The position is integral to the community's leadership team and aims to make a positive impact on the lives of seniors.

Responsibilities

• Sell the property using the leasing process from start to completion.
• Be the first point of contact for prospects.
• Work with the team to ensure the community is tour ready.
• Tour prospective residents to sell apartment units.
• Timely follow-up on all pre-leases.
• Coordinate an excellent move-in experience for new residents.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-year experience in leasing residential property
• Minimum 1-year experience in LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) preferred
• Demonstrated ability to sell the brand
• Knowledge of marketing and advertising sources
