About the position

As a Leasing Specialist at Ascension Commercial Real Estate LLC, you will serve as the primary representative of the apartment community, responsible for showcasing its features and ensuring high levels of satisfaction among prospects and residents. This role is essential for driving occupancy rates and maintaining smooth property operations through effective leasing, marketing, and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct apartment tours highlighting community features and benefits.
• Market the property, pursue leads, and secure leases.
• Distribute marketing materials and communicate effectively with prospective residents.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor properties to enhance leasing strategies.
• Process lease applications and prepare lease agreements with diligence.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team for timely completion of repairs and apartment make-ready.
• Conduct move-in inspections and ensure new resident orientations are positive and complete.
• Assist in planning and executing resident events and promotions to enhance community engagement.
• Foster positive relationships with prospects, residents, and team members.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and reports to support property management operations.
• Support general office functions including phone inquiries, email correspondence, and filing tasks.
• Perform additional duties as directed by the Community Manager.
