Responsibilities

• Be the first impression for prospective residents, both over the phone and in person.
• Work with potential residents to understand their needs and match them with suitable apartments or homes.
• Handle the application process, ensuring all applicants meet company policies, and prepare leases and move-in documentation.
• Prepare properties for daily showings and ensure everything is in order for a seamless move-in process.
• Provide top-tier service through friendly, responsive, and professional communication with residents.
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and answering phones efficiently and accurately.
• Follow up with prospective residents and manage leads to keep everything on track.
• Inspect vacant units before move-ins to ensure they are in perfect condition.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• A working smartphone for communication and job-related tasks.
• Ability to pass a criminal background screening.
