About the position

The Leasing Specialist at Tarantino Properties Inc. is responsible for overseeing a Class A+ community in the Memorial area of Houston. This role involves engaging with prospective and current residents, providing exceptional customer service, and executing marketing strategies to promote the community. The position is ideal for energetic individuals with a determination to succeed and a desire for advancement within a fast-growing multi-family management company.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments by selling the benefits of living at the community.
• Always be selling through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Serve as the subject expert on the product, property, and local neighborhood.
• Generate leads by conducting effective follow-up on the phone and through email.
• Provide exceptional and consistent customer service to residents and prospects.

Requirements

• Experience with Onesite Software is preferred.
• Lease-up experience is preferred.
• Experience in social media management and marketing is a plus.
