About the position
Fort Lee Public Schools has an opening for a Leave Replacement Elementary Special Education Teacher for the 2024-2025 school year. The position is located at Elementary School No. 1 and is set to start on January 2, 2025. The base salary for this position is $60,675.00, pro-rated based on the duration of the leave replacement.
Requirements
- Must hold a NJ Teacher of Elementary School Grades K-6, or K-8
- Must hold NJ Teacher of Students with Disabilities Certification or Teacher of the Handicap
- Experience working with elementary and special needs students
- Experience working in an inclusion setting
- Knowledge of NJSLS
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment as part of a team
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
