Responsibilities

• Building relationships with regular and prospective customers to showcase products, explain features, and generate orders.
• Recommending solutions tailored to customer needs and interests, while answering inquiries about product specs, pricing, availability, and credit terms.
• Preparing and presenting price quotes, delivery schedules, and contract details.
• Providing ongoing support and troubleshooting post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
• Resolving customer complaints related to sales or service, ensuring a smooth customer journey.
• Managing staffing, training, and performance evaluations within sales programs.
• Setting price schedules, discount rates, and reviewing operational records to forecast sales and profitability.
• Monitoring customer preferences and market trends to adjust sales strategies.
• Collaborating with department heads to plan advertising services and secure equipment specifications for clients.
• Offering expert advice on equipment options, ensuring customers are informed and satisfied with their purchases.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales within the Entertainment or related industries.
• Strong ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
• Knowledge of video technology and LED display products.
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Nice-to-haves

• 3-5 years of sales experience in the Entertainment Industry.
• High-School or Higher Education (preferred but not required).
• Familiarity with LED displays and live event production.
• English proficiency.
